What to Expect At Your Child’s Appointment

We know children can feel anxious about going to the dentist, but we believe going to the dentist can be fun and worry-free! That’s why everything we do – from our positive and fun-filled atmosphere to our specially trained pediatric dental team – is structured to help you and your children enjoy a stress-free experience.

Worried that your little one won’t cooperate? That’s okay. They will be able to sit in your lap for a lap exam to help them feel more at ease.

With televisions above the dental chair in each of our treatment rooms and rewards of stickers, balloons and tokens for the Treasure Tower, your child may even enjoy his or her dental treatment!

Cleaning

Your child will be escorted by a dental assistant to see one of our hygienists for their cleaning. Parents are welcome to accompany their child.

X-Rays

If needed, x-rays may be taken and an exam by the dentist will be performed.

Our Reception Area

We find many parents prefer to catch up on their emails and take advantage of enjoying a water or coffee on the couch in the reception area.

Families

Our open-bay style arrangement is ideal for families with multiple children so they can interact during their visit.

Patient Forms

Our patient forms are digital. This means we can email them for you to fill out at your convenience, before your child’s appointment. No printing involved! Just click “submit,” and the forms will be sent back to us!

If you should decline to fill out the information in advance, we can take care of that the day of the visit with your early arrival. About 15-20 minutes is enough time to get checked in and have the necessary information collected and verified.

Payment & Insurance

We accept most major forms of dental insurance, and payment may be made by cash, credit or debit card and may be made online. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and offer financing through CareCredit.
